At FLYP we are proud of our mission to democratise the fashion industry, making it accessible for everyone to express their creativity. We are excited to continue bringing your ideas to life as our community grows.
Whilst we remain committed to the right to freely express oneself, we want FLYP to become the leading global community of creatives. As such we have created community guidelines to ensure FLYP remains an inclusive and positive space for creatives to express themselves.
We have categorised these guidelines as follows:
Illegal Content
Hateful Content
Explicit Content
Copyright
We ask that members of our community do not upload designs, for personal use or to their FLYP Shop, that are in breach of these guidelines. FLYP reserves the right to refuse production and/or remove content that goes against our guidelines at any time.
Illegal Content
FLYP will not accept, produce, or display content that is illegal. We will reject/remove content that depicts child pornography or abuse of any kind. Content that contains or references illegal drugs, obscene content, promotes or condones illegal/harmful activities, terrorism or promotes groups that support the aforementioned will also be rejected/removed.
This list is not exhaustive, and it is the responsibility of the designer to know what they can and cannot create. Please note you are required to follow your local laws.
Hateful Content
FLYP is proud to support the creative endeavours of our users globally. We value respect, inclusivity and understanding for all. We will not tolerate content that:
Expresses or incites hatred towards any person, group and/or their protected characteristics
Is defamatory in nature
Promotes, glorifies or trivialises violent acts or catastrophic events
We reserve the right to reject/remove content that falls under these categories as it is not in the spirit of FLYP.
Explicit Content
Explicit content, such as nudity, is permitted on a case by case basis. Content containing vulgarity such as penetration or graphic depictions of genitalia will be rejected/removed.
