At FLYP, we operate with the principle of selling globally but shipping locally. This helps reduce carbon emissions and ensures the fastest possible delivery times. Every template on FLYP shows where the item can be shipped from. Manufacturing will take place within 2-5 days of your order being placed and then FLYP will ship it out to you.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which contains tracking details so that you can follow your order as it progresses to you! As we ship globally, delivery times can vary depending on the fulfilment location and the delivery location. For example, an order fulfilled in the US with a US delivery location, will take approximately 5 working days from shipping to reach its destination. On average, delivery will take 9-10 working days from when the order was placed, but this may vary.

In the rare event that your package does not make it to you in the delivery stage, please inform us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can rectify this for you! You can reach us at info@flyp.space.

If your order tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the delivery partners support team and ask them to provide evidence of delivery. Once you have spoken with the delivery partner please reach out to us at info@flyp.space. If you are unsure how to approach the delivery partner, please contact us at info@flyp.space and our customer support team would be happy to support you with this.

Shipping costs at FLYP are standardised, to help reduce costs for our customers! As we ship globally from a range of fulfilment sites, your orders can often set off from a range of locations and arrive at different times. In these cases do not worry, and if in doubt be sure to reach out to our customer support team.
