This list is not exhaustive, and it is the responsibility of the designer to know what they can and cannot create. # Shipping & Delivery At FLYP, we operate with the principle of selling globally but shipping locally. This helps reduce carbon emissions and ensures the fastest possible delivery times. Every template on FLYP shows where the item can be shipped from. Manufacturing will take place within 2-5 days of your order being placed and then FLYP will ship it out to you. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which contains tracking details so that you can follow your order as it progresses to you! As we ship globally, delivery times can vary depending on the fulfilment location and the delivery location. For example, an order fulfilled in the US with a US delivery location, will take approximately 5 working days from shipping to reach its destination. On average, delivery will take 9-10 working days from when the order was placed, but this may vary. In the rare event that your package does not make it to you in the delivery stage, please inform us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can rectify this for you! You can reach us at **.** If your order tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the delivery partners support team and ask them to provide evidence of delivery. # Cancellations At FLYP, all of our items are custom made and manufacturing begins as soon as a purchase is made. We appreciate that sometimes you can have a change of heart, or order the wrong size! This is why we ask that you inform us within 2 hours of placing your order. Should you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by emailing us at ****. This will help us reduce waste and support our mission to make the fashion industry more sustainable! # Returns At FLYP, we pride ourselves on our customers having the best possible experience! In the rare case of a defective product, our team would be more than happy to make this right for you with immediate effect. In cases not related to defective products, we unfortunately will not be able to process returns as every order is made on a custom basis. This helps reduce carbon dioxide emissions by lowering the distance each order travels and reduces shipping time! **Sustainable Materials** FLYP is committed to prioritising sustainable materials. That is why we already offer a range of products made with recycled and certified sustainable materials. **Digital Product Development Using 3D Design** At FLYP, we have removed the need to ship samples back and forth through our 3D modelling design process. This allows you to create with greater efficiency and less environmental impact.

# Manufacturing At FLYP we operate with the principle of selling globally but shipping locally. To effectively meet this principle, FLYP operates across a number of global manufacturing sites including the: US, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan and China. This allows us to meet our customers where they are, reducing our carbon footprint and ensuring rapid delivery times. FLYP uses state of the art manufacturing techniques to ensure sustainability and speed of fulfilment. This means FLYP is able to manufacture and deliver one of our orders at a comparable speed to traditional fashion brands shipping from a warehouse. # Payments FLYP accepts Apple Pay and all major credit and debit cards. Thanks to our recent update, PayPal is also available in some regions. Local prices will now appear in the FLYP app and at checkout. {% embed url="" %} # Sizing At FLYP we aim to be inclusive of all body types and endeavour to offer a range of sizes for every template we display. All sizes available are currently visible in the FLYP app, and we are continuously assessing our offering to increase inclusivity. # Bulk Pricing Currently, we do not offer bulk pricing on products. We are committed to a zero waste policy and would encourage customers to set up a FLYP Shop to take advantage of our sustainable supply chain. We provide on-demand production and flexibility, rather than traditional wholesale manufacturing. Here's why: 1. **On-Demand Model**:\ FLYP focuses on creating products individually as orders come in, ensuring that every item is made to specification without overproduction. This means there isn’t a need for large production runs, which are typically required to justify bulk discounts. 2. **No Upfront Costs**:\ With FLYP, users avoid the risk of over-ordering or holding excess inventory, as items are produced only when purchased. This eliminates waste but also differs from models that depend on economies of scale for pricing. 3. **Inclusive Pricing for All**:\ FLYP’s pricing structure ensures consistent and fair costs for users, regardless of order size. This levels the playing field for smaller creators or societies that may not need large quantities. 4. **Customisation Costs**:\ Each product is customised, requiring design preparation, printing, and finishing. Since these charges are set by your country’s customs office, they’ll need to be covered by the recipient. This page requires you to sign in to the Tiktok Seller Centre on your browser as opposed to the app. By taking the following steps there will be no issues when listing your first products and will allow your community to start placing orders. 1. Enter FLYP and press the + icon on the bottom menu bar. 2. Tap the Tiktok icon in the top right corner to filter for products that can be listed on Tiktok. 3. Create your design using the selected template and once done press save and finish 4. Toggle into your studio on the bottom menu bar. 5. Press on the finished design then tap sell. 6. Write your description, name your product and set your price. 7. Tick the Tiktok box and publish. 8. Check your Tiktok Seller Centre app to see if it has published. 9. Order your design and start making content! {% embed url="" %} # Ensuring Orders are Fulfilled To ensure your customers orders are fulfilled, we require a card to be registered with FLYP. You will be asked for this when publishing your first product to Tiktok. Each time an order is placed in your Tiktok shop, your card will be charged and the product will be manufactured and shipped to your customer. You will receive the revenue your FLYP products generate from Tiktok.

Enter the studio and toggle into your finished tab. Select the item you are interested in listing, tap sell, enter the price and select the stores you would like to sell it in. Once you have made your first sale, you will receive an email from the FLYP team congratulating you and providing details on payment. Your profits will be paid out at the end of each month via one of two methods, Paypal or Bank Transfer. You can update your payment preferences by entering your account page in the bottom right corner of the menu bar. Then open the side menu and select payments.
